Dragons water polo is a club situated in gungahlin that provides opportunities and training for anyone interested in the sport of water polo. They accompany for juniors from primary school ages, high school ages and training for men and women. I personally have been a part Dragons water polo for 3 and a half years now and there is no plan to move clubs or change my training. I participate in 2 training sessions each week, one for womens and one for goalie training. Then on Friday we play competition games against the other water polo teams in canberra, sometimes playing with members from Sydney and Wagga water polo teams. I participate in competitions every year such as the canberra cup, summer and winter competitions and often go away to participate in competitions in New Zealand and Wagga Wagga. I play for both the under 17’s teams the women's team both as head goalie.

Dragons water polo provides many different training sessions for all different ages, skill levels and genders. They run a junior program dedicated to helping young kids from as young as primary school to learn how to swim and learn the basic skills of water polo. Above from that there is a sessions held for under 14 and 16 boys and another session held for 14s and 16s girls on a separate night. Both of these sessions are dedicated to even further develope the skills of the players and show them more advanced skills and techniques. Above that again are two separate men's and women's training sessions for ages 16 to adult. For both the 14 and 16s and adult water polo players there is a goalie training session held for just the goalies run by an Australian champion goalie to fully develop their goalie skills.
