- I recommend that BodyShop should give one more extra free product since it's quite expensive. RM169 for 3 small bottles of products doesn't really look attractive to customers for that price.

- BodyShop should not only give all 4 body butter samples. They should give a variety of samples like body wash, body lotion, and many more. If the customer liked the sample product, they would get the product. 

3. Body Buddies Set
- A buy one free one set is the simplest way to attract customers. To make it more attractive, I would recommend BodyShop to include a free recycle bag from BodyShop. So for every purchase at BodyShop, if they brought their recycle bag, they will get a few free samples of BodyShop products.
