Similarities

Between these three types of businesses, there are some similarities. For one, they are all made to help you in some form. For instance, they all offer you insurance and protection programs that keep you from going into debt

and that keep you from having your identity and any other personal things stolen and used. While there are not too many things that insurance has in common with banks and credit unions, banks and credit unions are a lot

alike. They both supply you loans and offer investing opportunities such as investing opportunities such as investing in stock or investing in your future. Another thing in common is that banks and credit unions allow you to

contact them and make transactions online so that it is more convienent to you.

Although they have some things in common, they also have many differences. For example, while banks and insurance companies are doing their work to make a profit, credit unions are there only to help you. They don't keep

and profit that is made but instead use it to offer more opportunities to the community. Also, while insurance and banking can be reached at any location, credit unions are only assigned to a certain community and therefore,

you would have to remain in that area or return to that area whenever you needed to give your banks a visit.
