I was closest to seeing Christina's work as TAT lead, and working with Joe and Sita and Katie Hernandez in our subcommittee to create the external job application.

We made it shorter and removed salary information that's stressful AF.

And Christina you did so much more.

I don't know whether to be impressed or tell her to stop working like this, but Amanda created the new TAP website in 2019 with her own design sprint of 1! I know that people reference this all the time and find it easy to navigate.

I wasn't close to this, but from afar, it looked like DTRs prioritizing L&D and CFW creating a space where people could drive this learning. I heard people talk about things they saw in modules and I think it had positive impacts on how people went about the business of recruiting.

While it's hard for me to see as someone internal to our team, from afar I think that NTR was able to bring in hiring expertise from numerous contexts and use that information to create strong recruiting and hiring processes!

When I think of y'all, I think of what it means to be a best-in-class talent advisor.
