We want this to be a successful event without any major problems. My group consists of Myself, Joey, Joshua and Ben. The event will be held in a recreational place. We are doing the event to raise money for the animal shelter. 
M- We can track this event by using Payment, so we could record how much we make off the event. I will know when this goal is accomplished when all the money is counted up and worked out overall. 
A- The goal is reasonable enough to be accomplished, although it will take a lot of time because It is easy and reasonable to transport racing dogs to the location. The goal is not out of reach or over the top, it just needs a lot of planning especially if a fair is taking place that will involve a lot of families and children. 
R- The goal is definitely worth it in the end because it can make us a lot of money for the charity we are donating to. The goal fits with the immediate long term plans. 
T- The Event should take at least 5 or 6 months to actually be complete, because we need plenty of time to plan, set things up and actually hold the fair in an appropriate area. It could take less but I think its safe to put 5 or 6 months because we won't likely run out of time.

Joshua did the Minutes and recorded how long each task took along with notes about each Task and he also made the PowerPoint for the Presentation. Joey came up with all the Ideas for the Event. Ben did the Resources.I did the SMART Targets because my team knew I would write a lot of detail and elaborate on everything. Josh did the Minutes because he also does a lot of detailed writing but he is quicker, and he did the PowerPoint because he is a creative person. -I always like to expand on my writing which means more detail for the tasks.

My Weaknesses in this task Include: 
- When I write a lot, sometimes I take too long and it effects the overall time management and I have less time on other tasks.
