I didn't find it too challenging. Interesting to consider doing PT Conferences from the point of view of assessments. 

What way easy? No. I think it was a good point of departure for the conferences. 

What changes would you recommend? 
None! I like having the assessments as a solid place to continue our preparations for Parent Teacher Conferences.
