We recently went through Federal Monitoring, and the focus was on what the LEA is providing the identified schools.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Washington uses three years of data for its accountability system (WSIF). That means the data is very lagged and schools can see changes slowly. This is an advantage and a challenge for evaluation. It becomes difficult to identify which initiatives were enacted at which point in time (overlay that challenge with turnover in leadership) we struggle to collect real time data.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
