In this project, I will implement a project based learning programme with authentic and hands-on experiences to build students’ digital fluency and STEM knowledge in a Junior school classroom
 
Goals
1.  Develop a survey to gather baseline data on Digital Fluency in using digital technologies for the Junior teachers;

2.  Develop a Professional Development plan for Junior school teachers in Project Based Learning;

3.  Develop a Professional Development plan for Junior school teachers in using the STEM approach;

4.  Plan & organise a whānau hui to develop a working group to advise & guide us in local knowledge on potential sites for Project based learning.

I will create a professional development culturally responsive Digital Curriculum plan for teachers to implement in the senior school , using a Blended learning approach at Coastal College.

Goals
1.  Develop a Digital Curriculum professional plan for teachers using a Blended approach that is culturally responsive.

2.  Evaluate implementation of the Digital Curriculum professional plan in classrooms;

3.  Create a lead team within the senior team to drive the implementation of the Digital Curriculum professional plan.

4.  Develop a platform for the Blended Learning content and shared resources.
