These six conditions were
  1. -The colonies would now become independent from Britain and they would now be referred to as the United States Of America
  2. -The boundaries for the USA were Mississippi in the  West, Canada for the North, Spanish Florida for the South
  3. The people of the United States could use Canada's territory for fishing
  4. -Britain and America would repay their debts to each other 
  5. -The British would have to  return prisoners they  had captured from the Americas
  6. Congress recommended for people who took loyalists land to return it
The treaty now confirmed America's boundaries for land and officially said America was now independent. What was unsolved was what form of government would America now have because they are independent.

How dare they "recommend" to return my land back. I can't stand this, I am off to Canada. I shall not aggravate my self over this, as my fellow loyalists said from the Treaty of Paris, "...some have to lament over the wreck of their departed wealth and estates”. But I will not!

All the odds were against us but we won. This treaty is a blessing, I can now look at an official paper saying that we are now independent and I fought for it. I am ecstatic that we do not have to give those Loyalist's their land back. As my fellow soldiers said in the treaty,"I hope i shall one day find land enough to lay my bones in”. I know that I will die for this country and wil be proud when I die in this land.
