The amount of attention you pay to an individuals' growth is commendable. The way you lead, the amount of time you spend on mentoring us, knowing us individually has helped us grow so quickly. I am so grateful to have gotten a chance to directly work with you on projects. I hope to replicate these traits once I take up such a leadership position.
You are one of the most amazing human being that I have met and an amazing friend to have. Every interaction with you is easy on the heart, almost like a balm conversation :)

Lots of love,
Your fangirl

Dear Manu,

I have enjoyed all the conversations we have had. I will never forget that my first & hopefully last paranormal activity took place at your house :D

I feel grateful to have gotten a chance to spend some time with you. The conversations have really helped me reflect & grow as a person. Thank you for noticing the fire and fuel in me :P and also helping me see it & understand how to channel it. Thanks for finding time to talk to me whenever I required it and I hope in future also you continue to do the same.

You are my lucky charm. Every time I talk to you I feel I am one step closer to realising my larger vision. So thank you for always asking the right questions and nudging me to do something about how I feel.
Whatever you do turns out to be great, the process might be messy and chaotic but the end outcome is beautiful. Remember that Pollock's art that you made :P

I wish you all the best. May be one day I will become your chief of staff with enough skills & mindset :D
I hope Sanjhi Sikhiya grows in multifold in next 3 years so that you start thinking about possibilities beyond Punjab for starters it's neighboring states :P
I wonder what they are!

Here's to creating lot of hopes, courage & possibilities in our life and others lives in our own ways :)

Lots of love,
Your future CoS

Wasim Deer :D

What should I say!!
Beginning this message in your own style -
You had me at <Enter long descriptive anecdotes>

You have taught me how to be available for your kids even from far far away. I really admire how you are able to find time to connect with them weekly not just to catch up but to help them have a better and secure future. You inspire me to do that for my kids.

I will miss your stories, may be not! :P

You have been my favorite flatmate and roommate. Thanks for making Ivory livable and breathable for me. I would not have thought of coming back to this space had it not been for you. So thanks for finding 100 excuses to not move out of Ivory. Mattaur is one of my favorite places to come back to because of you. I will miss my daily dose of momos & gyaan.
Thanks for taking care of me. Getting pissed off at me like a friend would do, listening to me and in the end charging me for all these services. I am not keeping tabs anymore.

Something I like the most about you is since day 1 you treated me as equal. I didn't notice the gender gap, age gap, knowledge gap etc. etc. and to top it all the best thing is you are always open to taking feedback on this - on how your actions made me feel. I felt respected & heard as a woman colleague so thank you for being able to create that safe space for me. In today's world, its a strength & an achievement so live by it :)

Lots of love,
Your annoying fraaand

Dear Sidhartha,

I would like to use this platform to ask you why do you want to come across as a cold-hearted man when actually you aren't? :P

I think at times I have seen the other side of yours and I really wished I would have seen enough of it. Like the times I was leaving Ivory I remember you were the only one who bothered to care and ask me why I was leaving, what went wrong. I think at that time somebody giving a shit about mental health was enough :)
The conversations we had about mental health, our patterns. Thanks for opening up and helping me open up.
I liked how every time you meet the team or e-meet us you say Hi with so much of enthusiasm. It always cheered me up. :)

You are super-duper intelligent & I like how you bring depth to all the work that you do. Keep believing in yourself like you do!! And I wish Samarthya grows to newer heights.

My two cents for you, you can take it or leave it, I believe sometimes you undersell the amazing work that you do or communicate with less conviction the ideas that you have! I believe that you bring amazing perspectives to the table. You are good at questioning and probing others to think about the larger picture of the idea. So hire a liasioning person who can oversell your idea without questioning the idea for a second :D

Lots of love,
Your soon to be Donor
S

Dear Shivani,

Aaah how to even type this letter without crying. The best thing to happen to me last year was you personally and professionally. And I will never take this friendship for granted. I can't write this letter logically because it is going to end with I love you after each sentence but let me try. YOU ARE MY PRECIOUS!!!!

Neither my words nor my actions can express my love and respect for you. I wish I had met you sooner. There are very few people in my life that I want to hold on to forever and you are one of them.

I think the day we went around crazily searching for siddhu's kothi in Amritsar for no reasons I knew we would be friends :D

I love creating stuff with you. I love experimenting /experiencing new things together with you. There have been multiple times where I have thought how would Shivani respond to this. What would be her approach? And I have gotten solutions to my problems.

I have enjoyed working with you the most. I think it broke heart when I was asked to move out from BM-DM program to SLDP program but we did make up for that by learning MMA together, doing art together & holding shamiyanas together :D

What I admire the most about you and something I wish to learn from you is the skill of networking that you possess. I mean at this age not only do you have a network of entrepreneurs, mentors, coaches but also the skill to maintain a continuous relationship with them. If only I could do that!!

Whenever people ask me what are your key takeaways from last year? How do I tell them that I am taking away an entire person with me. I believe apart from professional mentors, coaches you also need a professional friend you is sharing a similar professional journey as yours. Somebody who understands you, listens to you without always thinking about your growth. Like why do we have friends in life - for the similar reason somebody who can hear your life banter, with someone you can laugh & make fun of others, someone who understands your problems and somebody who is listening to you not because they are helping you to grow or become a better human being but because they appreciate you for who you are. I think you are that for me.

Lots of love,
<No Title can do justice>
