NR. 1.2 : Explain that the two digits of a two digit number represent the amounts of tens and ones.</p><p><br></p><p>Ticket out the door - assign students a number and have them show groups of tens and then left overs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Social Studies</strong>- SS5CG1 - Explain how a citizens rights are protected under the constitution.</p><p><br></p><p>Students will be asked to summarize the lesson and explain the rights of US citizens as well as the responsibilities of us citizens as according to the constitution.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Science</strong>- S1P2 Obtain, evaluate and communicate information to demonstrate the effects of magnets on other magnets and other objects.</p><p><br></p><p>Students will give an example of how magnets are used in everyday life.
