I'm grateful to be "live" for the session. I feel like the energy of the workgroup can be felt; even virtually as we share the space. I enjoyed meeting a few people from the group. I recognize that in my group there were several newer teachers (less than 5 years). I want to honor and uplift the voices speaking to growth in the ability to "carry the load" of everything that is required, and moving through the thick of things changing constantly. I think no matter how long we have been in education that is a road we can all walk together.
