The charter is named Alison. Alison's mother has died from illness when they were younger and they have recently gotten a new step mother from their father remarrying. Their new stepmother cares vary much about the homes appearance and likes to hold expensive party's that the family cannot afford in the long run. Alison has had talks of marrying a neighboring family's son that she has a positive relationship, but this family dose not have the money to pay for a large dowry. Alison's step mother is pushing for her father to marry her to a far away suter that has promised a large dowry if he is to have her. The character is named Tiffany. Tiffany's parents are divorced and she lives with her dad. While Tiffany is in high school her father remarries and she now has both a new step mother and step siblings. Whenever her step siblings do something wrong they are not punished but Tiffany is punished for light offences at home or in school. Tiffany's father dose not beleave her when she has talked to him about this. One night she over hears her step mother talking to her father about sending Tiffany away to live with her mother or to boot camp, calming that Tiffany was a troubled teen and a bad influence on her step siblings. This has come up after an altercation between Tiffany and her step mother when her step mother cut Tiffany's hair without warning and refused to help with getting it fixed properly. The characters name is Jonathon. He is a senior in high school and the voting for prom king and queen is coming up shortly. Jonathon is considered a popular student and is a vary likely candidate to win prom king. One day Jonathon over hears some people talking about rigging the votes so a specific girl will win because they want to prank her on stage. Jonathon could report the plan and it would be stopped but he will likely lose his popularity and not win prom king. The other option is that Jonathon says nothing about the plan and allows for himself and the girl to crowned prom king and queen, untimely leading to the girls humiliation. Jonathon wants to keep his popularity in the school and be crowned king, but dose not think the girl deserves the prank on her big night. In my personal opinion, if I were in Alison's shoes, I would try to talk to my father about how I felt. If that did not work, and I was forced to marry someone else, I would run away. Maybe if the neighbor's son shared my feelings, we would run away together. If I was in Jonathan's position I would warn the girl, I wouldn't tell administration but instead try to plan something with the girl to turn the whole thing on the other two. I would first tell her what was going to happen, then we would work together to sabotage their plan and make them look bad.
