However under the Trump administration DACA has been rescinded until further notice.

In the historic Plyler v Doe   Supreme Court case a ruling was passed down requiring education for students in grades K-12, regardless of immigration status. Rescinding DACA would be in direct violation of the ruling should be student be deported. Thus creating serious implications for educators across the country.

This article explores the decision making process of undocumented students as they determine when and if they should disclose their immigration status.
