         <description><![CDATA[<div>Kevin Cramer will receive the majority of votes, and unseat the incumbent Heidi Heitkamp.<br><strong>Evidence:<br></strong>The vote on Brett Kavanaugh's nomination<br> -ND is mostly Republican, and with Kavanaugh being nominated by a Republican president, Heitkamp going against the nomination will prove detrimental.<br>President Donald Trump &amp; the trade war with China<br> -With the trade war between the US and China affecting the export of soybeans, the income of farmers in North Dakota is being drastically impacted.<br><strong>Alternate Perspective<br> </strong>-A weakness in the evidence would be that there's a move away from the production of soybeans towards wheat due to the trade war</div>]]></description>
