         <description><![CDATA[<div>One thing that my mom has had to handle the repercussions of was buying a cool BMW. With it being a foreign car she saw it's material value. It only lasted 6 years before it kept breaking down and now because of foreign parts and training the laborers how to fix it, it's going to cost a fortune. She got it because it was shining and new and instead of getting something reliable or something she could afford long term to take care of it she made a bad choice.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A consumer takes possible purchases in many different directs when deciding whether to buy something or not. The main thing that goes through their mind is their feelings about the purchase. "However 56% of people say the product quality is the leading factor when making a purchasing decision. (3)." That also plays a part in it but impulse buys happen too. "Consumer behavior considers the many reasons; personal, situational, psychological, social. (2)." Advertising just has to hit one of those reasons and their golden.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
