         <description><![CDATA[<p>Making a salad is very easy, and on top of that you only need a few ingredients, and it's a very healthy food for you!</p><p><br></p><p>The first thing you need is a bowl to add all the ingredients, then you will add all the lettuce you want, then you will add a can of tuna and half a can of corn, then you will cut some cheese to put it in the bowl, then you will cut some onion and put it with the other ingredients, the last ingredient is to add salt, oil and vinegar to taste, you will have to stir everything to make it tastier.</p><p>And last but not least, taste it until you eat it all!</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <title>Beef lasagna</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><br> <strong><em>Ingredients</em></strong></p><p>-12 lasagna plates<br>-750grams of minced beef or pork </p><p>-1 cup of tomato sauce</p><p> -1 onion </p><p>-1 clove of garlic </p><p>-1 glass of white or red wine</p><p> -2 cups of béchamel sauce </p><p>-50grams of grated cheese </p><p>-1 teaspoon of rosemary </p><p>-1 teaspoon of thyme</p><p>-1 teaspoon oregano, oil, salt, pepper</p><p><strong><em>Preparation </em></strong></p><ol><li><p>Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, add the minced meat and a pinch of salt and pepper and sauté until golden brown, separating the meat over high heat.</p></li><li><p>Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté for 5 more minutes. Pour in the wine and let it reduce. Add the tomato sauce and aromatic herbs, stir and let it thicken for a few minutes.</p></li><li><p>Cook the lasagna plates in plenty of boiling salted water until softened but not broken.  Drain and set aside spread out on a clean tea towel.</p></li><li><p>Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Pour a few tablespoons of béchamel sauce into the bottom of an ovenproof dish and add a layer of plates. Place a layer of meat on top and cover with more plates. Continue alternating layers and finish with one of pasta.</p></li><li><p>Top with béchamel sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.  Cover the dish with paper and grill until the cheese is golden brown.</p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <title>Lentils</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<pre><code>            Ingredients:

Lentils 250g
Green pepper 100g
Onion 80g
Carrot 100g
Potato 250g
Extra virgin olive oil 6 tablespoons
Garlic clove 1
Laurel
Salt
Sweet paprika 1 teaspoon
chorizo ​​(optional)
bacon (optional)
             Steps:
Chop the garlic, onion, carrot, and green pepper into small pieces. Heat a little olive oil in a saucepan, add the vegetables and fry over low heat for five minutes.Add the lentils, bay leaf and potatoes, clicking them with the knife, and cook for a couple of minutes. Cover with plenty of cold water and cook (better covered) for 40-50 minutes or until tender. If they look very dry, add more water during the process.

Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan, add the paprika and immediately remove it from the heat to prevent it from burning. Add to the saucepan with the lentils, stir and cook for five more minutes. We serve very hot.
The total time is more or less 1 hour and 15 minutes.

         <description><![CDATA[<p><em>                                       Ingredients</em></p><ul><li><p>1/2 kg carrots</p></li><li><p>1 onion</p></li><li><p>2 oranges</p></li><li><p>60 g of butter</p></li><li><p>1 tablespoon flour</p></li><li><p>400 ml chicken stock</p></li><li><p>100 ml liquid cream </p></li><li><p>50 g grated Parmesan cheese</p></li><li><p>20 g pine nuts</p></li><li><p>Salt</p></li><li><p>Pepper</p></li></ul><p><em>                                        Preparation</em></p><p><br/></p><p>1 Peel the onion and carrots and chop them. Sauté the onion in the butter for 2 min. Add the carrots, sprinkle with the flour, pour in the stock, season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 min.</p><p><br/></p><p>2 Chop the pine nuts and mix with the cheese. Form the cheese crispies by melting 4 tablespoons of the mixture in a frying pan. Make 8 crispies. </p><p><br/></p><p>3 Mash the vegetables, add the juice of the oranges and the cream to the carrot cream, add salt and stir.</p><p><br/></p><p>4 Divide the cream into 4 bowls and serve.</p>]]></description>

We add salt and pepper and we fry them.</p></li><li><p>We add the bacon in pieces and we fry it.</p></li><li><p>We add the liquid cream and keep the fire for 5 minutes. We stir from time to time.</p></li><li><p>Then, in a pot, we put water to a boil with salt and a splash of oil. When the water start to boil, we add the gnocchi and we keep them for the time indicated on the package.</p></li><li><p>We drain the gnocchi and we add them to the sauce we have made before.
