The US Green Party is the other major third party in the US besides the libertarian party. The Green Party has advocated for a reduction in military spending and intervention, a focus on ecology and enviromentalism, social services and social justice, as well as publicly financed elections and more representative voting systems. The Green Party has never won the US presidential election and while holding the occasional house seat back in the 2000s their party's power mostly comes in the form of activism and movements rather than actually holding positions of power. Due to the inherent flaws of the 2 party system and the first past the post voting style most Green Party members end up voting democrat because it matches the closest with their values.

https://www.gp.org

https://www.cnn.com/2023/11/09/politics/jill-stein-green-party-2024-election/index.html
