As students that have a lot of assignments and papers due, lacking sleep and energy can affect their studies during class. Despite of being unenthusiastic, they need something to trigger their minds to become proactive and more productive. So, we bring our products to solve their problem. They can eat our candies to prevent from feel very sleepy during class or while studying.

• Our target customer is sweet tooth person. Since our product is candy and ice cream, it will surely attract them to our product.

• We also target Unimas and UiTM students as our customer because they were the closest to our area.

2. Customer Relationship

• We provided early bird discount at the beginning of our business where the first 3 customers that purchased our product will get the free delivery.

3. Channel

• We actively promote our product through Intagram and Whatsapp to make it easy for people to contact us and look for our product to get the latest update. Our Instagram account is douceur.land and we frequently promote our product to Unimas related Whatsapp group so students can easily reach us to place their order.

4. Value Propositions

• Our business core value is to satisfy sweet tooth taste and crave with our products which are candy and icecream.

• Our products contains with various kind of candy that are in demand nowadays among youngsters.

• It is available to all Unimas and UiTM areas.

5. Key Activities

• Product survey - We survey which candy are most interested among our target customers to be sell as our product. We also go through Facebook page to find a supplier that can provide us with the ice cream.

• Buy material - After decided the candy that we can sell as our product, we proceed to buy it at Sunny Product Trading. We also place order of the ice cream to Lyana Aiskrim.

• Order - We pay serious attention to customer orders to make sure there is no mistakes that will disappoint customer.

• Packing - We do the packing process ourself after having all the materials.

• Managing stock - The person in charge of managing stock will be responsible to our stock whenever there are order from customer.

• Marketing - We always think of strategic marketing plan and apply it to our business such as open our own booth to attract more customer.

• Sales - We also promote our product physically to our acquaintance instead of fully depending on online orders to increase our sales even more and successfully exceed the profit of RM100.

• Delivering - The deliver will be done by one of our member that are responsible of product delivering.

6. Key Resources

• We are in-university production team since we started and conduct our business in UNIMAS.

• Our product is custom made because we customised various of candy that are suitable to be sell as our product.

7. Key Partners

• Sunny Product Trading is where we bought our candies. It was a wholesale shop that sells various types of sweets and candies. There are many different options of interesting sweets in the store that we can find.

• Lyana Aiskrim is our ice cream supplier. We ordered 4 different flavours which is Cadbury Milky, Red Velvet Dark Chocolate, Cream Cookies, Choco Milky and Sakura Laici.

8. Cost Structure

Our cost structure is including :

• Packaging - The packaging is for our candy.

• Cost of materials - The materials is our main products which are candy and ice cream.

• Cost of delivery - The cost that was included by Lyana Aiskrim for delivering the ice cream to UNIMAS.

• Cost of booth rent - The booth rent for Unimaspreneur Carnival 2024 cost us RM5.

• Cost of indirect materials - Our indirect materials are including polystyrene box, plastic bag and ice.

9. Revenue Stream

• We also do direct selling like selling on Unimaspreneur Carnival so it will be more easy to attract people buy our product.

• We provided duitnow payment option since most of customer preferred to do online payment by just scan the QR instead of using cash.

• We charge on delivery to our customers based on their area. For area around UNIMAS, we charge around from RM0.50 to RM2. While for UiTM area, we will charge around from RM2 to RM3.

Besides that, I learned cooperation is very important in group assignment. As the saying goes, two head are better than one. This whole thing will never happened if only depending on one person. It's also good to understand other's situation and try to take a step back before proceeding to the next step. Lastly, I would like to thank to our leader, Czelly Dyan for planning the based-strategy for our group. She played the big role in deciding our groupwork and everything is going well thanked to her.
