Communication - Interpersonal communications is in my opinion another key element of culture. Connecting on a personal level is what a culture thrives on.  
 
A growth mind set - Throughout my research with this course having a growth mindset can improve culture. It provides members with the opportunity to share ideas and think for themselves.
