How effective the team work together is the difference to how successful results are. A efficient and effective team cohesion is a strong part of what a good workplace culture should have. </div><div> </div><div><strong>Communication</strong> - Interpersonal communications is in my opinion another key element of culture. Connecting on a personal level is what a culture thrives on.  </div><div> </div><div><strong>A growth mind set</strong> - Throughout my research with this course having a growth mindset can improve culture. It provides members with the opportunity to share ideas and think for themselves. </div><div><br></div>]]></description>
