i met the task demands of making nutritious and healthy food by modifying the recipe to make it healthier. for example, i used lean minced chicken to make the lasagna, so it would be healthier. i and also met the task demands of manipulation skills by making the white sauce and meat sauce. however, during the practical, i accidentally added too much flour and the white sauce became too thick, so i had to add more milk to fix it.

the food blogging process contributed to my knowledge and growth because it allowed me to remember what i had created each week, and allowed me to reflect on the process.
how useful were the nutritional tools?
the nutritional tools were useful as they allowed me to have a clear guide on how nutritional the different kinds of food were, and allowed me to better plan my food to be more nutritious.
how manageable were the manipulative skills for you?
the skills i used were the creation of white sauce and meat sauce. manipulative skills were very manageable for me, because i had created it with my partner beforehand in class, and had also practiced making the dish twice at home, thus i had perfected the manipulation skills.
how purposeful were the investigative activities in helping you come up with your final creation?
