1B states removal of a police officer 

·  the commissioner may in writing have a police officer removed from duty if he does not have confidence in that officer’s integrity, competency, performance or conduct 
·  commissioner must provide the officer with what he does not have confidence in 
·  must give the officer 21 days to write a submission of the proposed action which must be taken into consideration  
·  must provide an order as to why the commissioner wants to officer removed, removal takes place as soon as the order is made

Division 1B of this act states the removal of a police officer and illustrates the rules about their integrity, performance, competency and conduct. They also need to replace the confidence themselves if the police officer doesn't have the confidence In their job. They also need to let the police officer know that they have 21 days to submit a report of an action they want to be taken into consideration, if they don't want to be removed. Lastly, they need to give them a order. They will or will not be removed as soon as this order is undertaken.

(1)  An authorised person may require any police officer who is on duty in accordance with a roster:
(a)  to undergo a breath test, or submit to a breath analysis, for the purpose of testing for the presence of alcohol, or
(b)  to provide a sample of the police officer’s urine or hair (or both) for the purpose of testing for the presence of prohibited 🤬,in accordance with the directions of the authorised person and the regulations.(2)  The selection of a police officer for testing pursuant to subsection (1) may be conducted on a random or targeted basis.
