Norman, what can I say?

In the short time we have worked together - you have truly made an impact on me. I have enjoyed our conversations, discussions and iterations around all things talent. I love working with someone who has the same clear outlook on talent; yet always has something different to bring to the table. You are a fantastic sounding board, perspective taker and devils advocate.

You inspire me to always lead with principles, to take a step back and *breathe* and, ensure that I am always putting family first beyond all.

I'm at a loss for words here Norman, which is not normal. Thank you for being so authentically you in the short time I've known and worked with you. I will always remember our interesting conversations (whether on work or else), your unyielding support, implicit trust, frank openness and charismatic leadership style. Plus, gosh, what a style icon you are (hahaha). Just for you, I'm going to make a swanky bold suit (with skinny pants) so I can continue your style legacy here. =) I'm gonna miss you loads, and as cliché as it is- it's NOT goodbye, but see you later. From the moment you've joined its been nothing short of amazing and I can't imagine it to be any other way. Thank you for showing that no matter how hard bosses crack the whip, they have a strong human side to their leadership as well!

My Christmases in future will now be dedicated to remembering stepping out in the middle of celebrations for an sos call (and maybe i'll try a Christmas steamboat too while im at it) ;) I'm truly grateful. Don't forget us!
