         <description><![CDATA[<div>Pros and Cons of the Delivery of Support<br>In rural towns and villages a lot of people wouldn't be aware of support available.<br>People are embarrassed to access support that is available. This can be down to shame especially in small areas.&nbsp;<br>As mentioned, COVID-19 has stopped all face to face support, therefore people may be less likely to go online or on chat forums because help isn't as readily available.<br>There is good support available online, it provides early interventions such as setting yourself limits of time and money and sticking to them, keep a record of everything you gamble, including all wins and losses that result. lastly avoiding lying about gambling to your friends and family.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Compared to most other addictive behaviours, involving drugs or alcohol for example, gambling is largely ignored by health services and public health agencies.
