I'm going to talk about a law of vietnamese government that has a strong beneficial impact on children, which is the law of prohibiting children abuse. This issue includes neglecting children, harrasing and raping, exploiting children labour and other actions that violate children physically and mentally. People who commit this will receive a punishment relates to the seriousness of the crime, from administrative penalty to death penalty. Actually, I've known this law by surfing the internet and it is established in 2016. I found this law is extremely practical since children are vulnerable age that is aimed by criminals the most and they are unable to protect themselves or resist fully. Thanks to this law, children are legally protected by the government and they can have the rights to grow, to develop without any physical or sentimental attacks.

In vietnam, there are lots of regulations and laws which are super effective, and one of them which i faced the most recently is the restriction of using mobile phone when driving.
Sometimes, my friends were fined by texting and calling during riding motorbikes. Even if people use it to look up for direction, they will still be caught by the police and they have to pay a fine of 300 thousands to 1 million depending on the case. The fact that mobile phones are distracting people in many aspects. For instance, a man who was driving could not concentrate and may failed to drive correctly while keeping his eyes on a phone’s screen. This action could cause accident and deal much consequences to both the driver and victim. Therefore, the law was enforced to warn people about this bad habit while driving and encouraged people to pay more attention to their driving.

The laws that I would consider to be good are traffic laws, which I think every nation are required to have one. More specifically, I remember there's a law which states no tripling on a bike or motorbike. The law came to my knowledge when I was in 1st grade, where my teacher would taught us all the traffic signs and pedestrians law,...Pretty basic understanding when crossing traffic. The law pretty much affect everyone. If you are tripling with others on a bike, you will put yourself and those around you in risk of an accident, and you will be fine. The purpose was to deter anyone from doing such action, though it is not well enforced. Still I think has prevented some number of accident by the majority, but I've seen so far there are quite a decent number of people who ignore the law, so I would like to see this law to be enforced a bit better.

Vietnam has many strict laws for traffic, especially for motorists. One of which is the law of wearing helmets while you are on a motorbike. Before it was enacted, motorcyclist can optionally choose what to wear on their head. But now, they must put on a helmet of any kind when they are on the road. As far as I remembered, I was not informed about the law from any kind of media. I only knew it when I was caught being rode without a heltmet on my head. Only after that was I aware of the law. Apparently, I was told that when it was announced, there were lots of mixed reaction and ideas, causing such a huge debatable issue. To the best of my knowledge, the law does not exclude anyone, it is applied to every Vietnamese, reagardless of age, race or gender. I strongly believe that it is an extremely effective and reasonable law to be enacted in my country. It is totally appropriate to apply the scheme on a country where the main transportation is motorbike, it helps reducing the risk of injury or damage when an accident occur. Besides, I personally think that Vietnam not yet have the best roads condition and motorists’ awareness to let people ride a motorbike without a kind of protection for their heads.

Vietnamese law of education states that juveniles must complete primary school and secondary school
It has been a while since I knew about this law so I quite cannot remember at which specific time I came across this law, but at some time in the past when my neighbour's government doing a survey on the education level of all the children in the neighbourhood, someone told me about it.
I assumed this law has been legislated for over ten years until now as part of a project that ameliorates the educational levels among the Vietnamese. This law is directly aimed at youngsters, especially ones in poverty planning to quit secondary schools, offering them opportunities and financial conditions to continue their education. As far as I am concerned, this law has positively shifted labour standards in Vietnam, providing young-age workers with sufficient skills and knowledge they needed for work.

Huy I've never thought much about this, so i don't have much choices, however there is one law that has been having significant impacts on my daily life, that is the law which makes wearing a face mask compulsory in public places during the coronavirus pandemic. Those who don’t comply with the law will have to pay a fine of around 1 to 3 million VND.

Starting in late 2019, the pandemic has exerted heavy toll on most countries all over the world, and in oder to protect its citizens's health, Vietnamese Government propound a law which required all members of the public to have thiết face mask on whenever they leave their house. The government took full advantage of the media to make sure that every single person was well informed of the law. Personally, i believe that it is crucial for everyone to be aware of their responsibility in haulting thể spread of the virus.

Thanks to this law, Vietnam has successfully controlled the pandemic, allowing economic and social activities to return to their daily basis.

I recently heard about a law in VietNam which forbids people to take photos or videos of others without their permission, even if it’s not used for bad purposes. I first came to know about this law when I was participating in a competition and we were having a break while listening to the manager’s speech. One of the competitors stood up and said that she can’t focus on the questions when photographers are standing around taking pictures. After some research, it’s confirmed that if you take pictures or videos of someone and use it to post on social medias for advertising without their permission, you will be fined from 2-5 million VND. Personally, i think this law is pretty funny since we’re living in a world where almost everything is promoted on social media. However, it is a person’s right to speak up if they don’t feel comfortable. In the end, those pictures and videos belong to the person in it, so I think it’s good that VN has a law which protects their privacy.

For me, the legislation regarding adultery prohibition, which has been introduced recently, is considered one of the most impactful laws in Vietnam. At that time, there occurred a myriad of hearsays about married millionaires having affairs with supermodels and celebrities. Therefore, to address these controversies, the government took drastic measures by introducing this law. It clearly shows that were a person to cheat their partner, they must pay a fine of 5 million VND. Furthermore, depending on the severity of the behaviour, theyr are likely to receive a maximum of 3 years imprisonment. In my opinion, the legislation could demotivate would-be cheaters, thus making a positive influence on society.
