         <title>Pesto alla Genovese </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>1/2 cup fresh basil leaves</li><li>1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese </li><li> 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil </li><li>2 table spoons pine nuts </li><li> 2 garlic cloves</li><li> 1/4 teaspoon salt</li></ul><div>Crush garlic and salt in a mortar with the pestle until mashed. Add basil in several additions until they form a paste. Add pine nuts and pound. Add cheese and pound.          <title>Easy flatbread</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Tags</strong>: 5-ingredients or less, half an hour or less<br><br>Ingredients: flour 1cup, salt 1/4 tsp, baking powder 1/2 tsp, olive oil 1 Tbsp, water as needed<br><br>Instructions: 1. Mix the dry ingredients and then add the oil. 2. Add water a little bit at a time to form a soft dough. 3. Knead for 5 minutes, then cover and let sit for 10 minutes. 4. Take small pieces, flatten them into 0.5 cm thick disks. Bake both sides in a (preferably) cast iron pan. Enjoy warm! 😊</div>]]></description>

         <title>Crusty Gluten Free Bread</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Half an hour or less (without baking time)<br><br>This is the best, healthy, crusty, European-style gluten free bread, held together by psyllium husks. It really works!<br><br>Ingredients:</div><div>1/3 cup psyllium husks (ex. Whole Foods, Organic India, etc.)</div><div>3/4 cup buckwheat flour</div><div>2 cups gluten free all-purpose flour (ex. Bob’s Red Mill, King Arthur Baking Company, etc.)</div><div>1 teaspoon salt</div><div>2 teaspoons baking soda</div><div>2 tablespoons vinegar (distilled, apple cider or white wine)</div><div>2 cups water</div><div>Up to 1/4 cup sunflower seeds</div><div>Up to 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds</div><div>2 tablespoon flax seeds</div><div><br></div><div>Instructions:</div><ol><li>Whisk together water and psyllium husks in a small bowl, set aside for about 10 minutes. The mixture will adapt a gel-like consistency.</li><li>Combine the dry ingredients (flours, baking soda, salt, seeds). </li><li>Add the psyllium gel and vinegar. Knead until everything is fully incorporated, about 5-10 minutes. If necessary, add more water or flour until the dough feels slightly sticky and easy to handle.</li><li>Bake for 1:15h at 350F. Let cool and enjoy warm.</li></ol><div><br></div><div>Notes: Slices and freezes well. Toast for extra crunchiness. Option to substitute baking soda and vinegar with two teaspoons baking powder. Option to substitute seeds with other nuts or seeds, ex. walnuts.</div>]]></description>
