Imagine... nothing. There's just nothing and yet somehow the earth we live on now came from absolutely that. This is what Philosopher Immanuel Kant theorized. His overall theory was that a cloud of dust called a nebula formed from nothingness. Which over billions of years made the very earth we live on now. No proof that this nebula actually created are earth though. Besides that being how old Earth came about.

Naturalists have estimated that are earth is around 4.5 million years old. Over those billions of years here are some things that have happened. For starters, naturalistic scientists think that a planet the size of Mars possibly crashed into are earth, resulting in all of are solar system coming into orbit. The same planet that crashed into the earth also caused multiple particles to mix resulting in the moon being made.

When the earth was in it's early ages instead of having multiple continents they were supposedly all together, which is known at Pangaea. But overtime continental drift happened which resulted in Pangaea splitting into more then one continent. There was also said to be multiple super-continents because of the amount of time all of the continents repeatedly crashed into each other.

Over the evolution of planet earth, Naturalistic scientists have found there to be 5 total ice ages. The first ice age was estimated to have happened about 2.1 billions years ago. Then three other major ice ages where though to happen about 800 million years ago. The last recorded ice age was though to have occurred 2.8 million years ago. Over these ice ages many animals were believed to have gone extinct. For example the Woolly Mammoth was thought to go extinct only around 8000 to 12,000 years ago. Recently though scientists have found a baby Woolly Mammoth frozen in ice. Overall the 5th ice age ended only about 10,000 years ago.

Over the time of 4 billion years, fossils have been buried far underground. Naturalist scientists mainly classify fossils as millions of years old. There is a lot of things wrong with this classification. The main reason is because if these fossils really were millions of years old, the Geologic force would of cracked and tilted the Rock layer. By the way I'm pretty sure fossils couldn't last millions of years anyways because the the earth constantly shifting.

Now moving into how the earth really came about, God creating the earth. On the first day of creation God created the light to overcome the darkness. On the second day God created the sky. Then on third day plants and the ground were made. On the fourth day the stars, moon, and sun were created plus all the other planets. On the fifth and sixth day God created all of the animals of the sky, water, and land. Also on sixth day God created humans to rule over the creatures and animals. On Sunday the seventh day God rested, that is why on Sundays we usually go to church and take a break.

After the flood the earths weather changed drastically. Sometime after the flood there was to believe that there was an ice age. Unlike the old Earth there was only believed to be one ice age instead of 6. Although in the Bible there isn't a clear mention of an ice age occurring, creationist think it might be possible that the ice age could of happened in the book of Job. Creationist believe this because Job mentions ice and freezing temps.

In the beginning the earth and universe was created to be perfect... That didn't last very long because of sin. After Adam and Eve repopulated the earth, sin was getting worse and worse. So God commanded Noah to build an ark. With the amount of faith that Noah had in God he believed and followed God. He also commanded Noah to get 2 of every animal, male and female to take with him on the ark. After Noah did everything God commanded him, he loaded up all the animals into the ark. Then it began to rain, this was when the flood began. It rained a total of 40 days and 40 nights. Noah and his family then were in charge to take care of all of the animals that were on the ark for 371 days. After the flood was over Noah and his family landed on Mt. Ararat. Then God made a promise which he promises to never flood the earth again. But since sin is in all of us, the earth wasn't rid of sin for long.

In the old Earth fossils are usually thought to be way older then they really are. Example, naturalists scientists could assume that a dinosaur skeleton is 50 million years old when in reality its only a couple thousands of years old. Creationist believe that the farther down a fossil is the older it is, that is called the Principle of superstition. So during the flood the smaller creatures couldn't save themselves so they were the first things to be fossilized in the flood. Depending on which stratum(a Rock layer) fossils are in you can easily tell the age. So in reality the fossils that naturalist scientists say are millions of years old are really just a couple of thousands of years old.
