It was a good opportunity even though it was just a pressure check but through that I was able to learn and know how to do good eating balance. For example, if a person had a high pressure usually they have to reduce high-salt foods, control their emotional pressure because sometime when someone is over stresses will cause blood pressure to rise, those who are already have their high blood disease should eat medicines given accordingly to the rules.
