At least I like to think that I am a passionate educator who truly cares about the success of everyone in our building. There were a couple of items I marked lower. I marked #20 as disagree. I cannot say I feel confident in providing other teachers with a variety of in-school and out-of-school teaching resources. I have dabbled with so many but I do not have them in an organized collection. Building that resource library is a goal to work toward to. I marked #21 as agree, compared to strongly agree. I have taught for 10 years but only the last 3 have been in my current district. On top of that I feel that requirements keep changing in our district. There have been so many stipulations and rules added in the 3 years I have been there that it can be difficult to know what qualifies for professional development anymore. 

]]> 2019-06-13 16:42:20 UTC https://padlet.com/jessicaaprilwilliams/gqo7th0ssgg2/wish/367448666 https://padlet.com/jessicaaprilwilliams/gqo7th0ssgg2/wish/367648487 Jon Frykman wrote- When I took this formative reflection I was surprised by how hard it was to be sure on the questions.  I have always had a hard time backing up my answers on forms or questionnaires in Special Education.  My results were 32- Strongly agree, 36 Agree, 8 disagree and 1 strongly disagree.  Question 17 was my strongly disagree.  I don't know what PDP writing is?  Anyway I work with four different 6th grade Science teachers now and will be on my 5th next year.  I have only mentored, officially one of those teachers, but I feel working and teaching the same grade and subject is a bigger responsibility than being the mentor.  These questions really brought me back to the days of trying to help and guide but not really mentor the teacher.  I think this class will hopefully define that role a little more.
