-No deadline for the adaptation of Impact to youth violence or is it October too? (Task number 13 and 14); we promised its adaptation but not piloting or application, right?
WAVE
-When would it be the best moment for our members and for us to start the mapping of PP (WAVE)?

-Coordinate with team members and the working group (or expert group)
Mapping PP (WAVE): 
      -To decide when will we start; 

      -Coordinate with team members and decide who wants to help with the interviews (if 5 of us are on board each would do around 13 interviews); 

       -To stablish dates for next meetings with WAVE; 

       -Make sure they kept this task in their Operating Grant and propose to write the final report collaboratively  
Presentaitons:
-Coordinate with Alessandra and the team to make sure we reach the final number of conferences (task 36)

-Obtain meaningful results about the impact and transfer of knowledge of our activities for our members, and so gather information about the quality of our activities, and to 

-Add a section on quality in our website to be fully transparent

Impact Toolkit:
-Currently 11 users (with ASAP 2.0.; 3 new users), one new user needed (in conversations with 4 programmes currently)

-New strategy to roll-out the Impact Toolkit; more focused on capacity building and supporting on getting funding (2 pilots this year)

-To make the use of the Impact Toolkit is more sustainable while still giving value to it

Cooperation with VSS (WAVE):
-Knowledge about critical aspects of PP and cooperation with VSS

Conference presentations (collaboration with P&P):
-March conference planned for the Centre of Law Studies in Catalonia, which coordinates prison and probation together with the Ministry + three presentations/abstract were sent for the ENGV conference

-Have a more clear idea of possible cooperation with prison and probation; start thinking about adapting the Impact Toolkit to this context (presentation at CEP?), reach an agreement with Catalan Prison and Probation to coordinate their evaluation (as a pilot to be extended to other countries)

Bids:
-Have a clear established methodology for mapping PP in different regions so that we can replicate it in other countries (next Irish bid for example?)

-Gather information on the quality of PP around Europe (mapping with WAVE cross-cuts with this aim)
