         <description><![CDATA[<div>Despite the vast majority of credible doctors that have labelled long running vaccines like the measles vaccine as safe and important for health, vaccines causing autism is still a well known rumor. The minority of people that are rejecting vaccines because they do not trust the doctors are affecting the way vaccines can be given to people overall.
