I think this is a good idea, as it would be awesome to have a way to "visually" show that difference SHIP can make on our communities.

Yes. Similar to success stories, case studies paint the picture of our SHIP work in our regions.

From Chat: Provide the tools to SHIP staff and open office hours to provide TA to sites that want to evaluate their program/partnership but weren't selected. Then they could utilize their own eval team/person. If desired.

Sharing this with our community would help build PSE comprehension for future/current partners and general SHIP supporters. The energy that sharing wins stirs up is huge

I think it would be interesting to maybe select one of the concentrations and then see if there is a specific region that has done multiple projects under that focus and if any of those projects have request multiple SHIP grants for expansion.

Yes!! This gets me excited. I feel like our LPH SHIP team doesn't have experience, strengths, excitement, etc. in evaluation. We know it is so very important, but we all feel overwhelmed and lost at the thought of it. This would make it fun and easy knowing we are doing it as a region and with expert leadership.

Yes-Like that it's show work over a longer period of time. I like to put together time lines showing how projects have grown over time.

It would be good to have some training on evaluation processes on this and that will help with determine how we should design that process.

There are some sites that have really done a nice job really addressing specific strategies with PSE slowly over time. Maybe this is geographic driven or sector driven.
