Personally, I am stressed out and not able to focus like I feel I usually am. Professionally, this is impacting my work but I feel that we are all in the same boat so most people are understanding and that is incredibly helpful! I find that I am speaking more with people from other library communities as we find ourselves online more frequently!

While the guide does not focus entirely on academic libraries - rather, the university as a whole - I thought it was very interesting to hear the wide range of topics, policies and protocols. This guide focuses mostly on worker safety, both physically and mentally and really underlines how much things has changed, in both large and small ways that do not always appear obvious at first glance.
