Possibly with a touch of low-end EQ to really oomph it's "heaviness". Pretty much any synth with that type of LP filter could approximate that sound. in this song you can also hear the sonic elements from when it begins to when it ends. because this song is a kind of pop/remix/live song they use unique sounds effect to make the song seem catchy and jumpy for a
