The Native American Removal was a sad time in our history, and it's nothing to be proud of. What happened was that our government, led by President Andrew Jackson. We basically kicked out the Native Americans who were living there, just so WE could take their land, which was really rich and healthy. I hope that in the future we respect people living where they are, not just kick them out because we want it. I don't think anyone, anywhere, ever should repeat this cruel and unkind moment in history.

I believe that the Native American Removal Act was
bad, because a lot of people died going to Oklahoma. But some people lived going to Oklahoma.

What I think about the Native Removal. Is mean because they are just pushing you out of your home so how would you feel.

I believe that the Native American Removal Act was meant for good. Since it became cruel, I don't really like it! It was very sad that so many innocent indians had to die, too. I know a few facts, so, here are some.

Fact 1: The Indian Removal Act became official in 1830.

Fact 2: There were two short wars between the indians and the government. They were called the Black Hawk War (1832) and the Second Creek War (1836).

Fact 3: There was also a longer war called the Second Seminole War (1835-1842).

Fact 4: The Cherokee indians were eventually FORCED to move, and 4,000 of them died on their way to Oklahoma. Sad, isn't it?

Wow the native american removal is very intresting but sad. When I first started hearing about this in class I thought "What?" but i realized its true. it makes me very sad when ever I think about it I hope this will never happen again. Native american's really care about their land they fought against the goverment but did not win. Sometimes I feel good about when the goverment signed the bill to get the native americans back to their homelands. This is a bad situation in life around that time I hope this dosent ever happen.

The Native American Removal to me is a sad time because the Native American people were getting pushed out of their land, so that other Americans can have their land that was theirs. The impact that it has on my thinking is that I wonder if that will ever happen again to other tribes.

The Native American removal was a sad time in our past and I am glad that it is over . I am also greatful that our world does not move people out of their land or house at anytime .
It affects our world and our future by trying to make the world better and not have those times anymore . The history of America back then was not good . People back then treated people different because of the color of their skin. In my opinion if I were in their shoes I would feel sad or mad .

I believe that the Trail of Tears was a terrible thing and it means we should treat people they way we want to be treated and don't be racist against other people that are not your type and don't make people do things they don't want to do like you can't make people do what they don't want to just because your selfish and you want to. But the Trail of Tears was a right that got past and accepted for all Native Americans had to move to the Eastern states because the English wanted their land.

The Native American Removal was a very sad time and it was not fare to take land from the natives people but many times they were kicked out and had to walk big distances. i think it is wrong that they were forced to walk such long and hard distances but it made me mad that they had such a hard time finding a place they could stay.
