The fool who follows him . For me It's saying that the person who blindly follows someone foolish is even more foolish themselves. But, it's not always that simple. I would say that the more foolish would be the one who follows. Personally, I believe that people who are seen to be as fools are already not to be trusted, or we should at least me a little more cautious when interacting with them. I do like to think about it though — Does believing a fool make us a fool for doing so?

I do find it an interesting discussion as to why people still seem to believe in fools even after they’ve already been fooled by them. Haven’t we learned from their actions? Do we believe them out of the hope that they’ve changed? Do we believe them again because we are fools too?

I feel like love and relationships is a good example of this. Why do we keep going back to people who have made a fool of us? When do we learn to take our losses and call it quits. When can we muster up the courage to say we’ve had enough. Why do we allow ourselves to be blind sided by such fools?
