Module 19

Recently, I found the latest statistics on the employment rate and unemployment rate except for the education rate in Korea.
The employment rate is 44.8 percent, the unemployment rate is 7.8 percent, and the employment rate is slightly increased, but the unemployment rate is also increased, so the actual employment rate remains unchanged.

Module 20

why study at university? Why not just get a job (or create your own Youtube channel) in or after high school?

my answer is
In terms of cost, it is true that making money quickly without coming to college is treated as wiser in Korean society these days.

But Korea has a really conservative society.Especially our parent generation.

For them, universities have thought of their children as a way out of their lives as intellectuals or better than them.

They also instilled those ideas into us from an early age.

Maybe we're brainwashed. I mean, you have to go to college.

Maybe that's why Korea's college entrance rate is the highest in the world. Of course, the employment rate is low.

And their sense of envy for college came together and they came together to create a sense of common sense. The crazy systematic idea that people who didn't go to college are stupid and poor.

In fact, when I worked as an office worker for a year before I came to college, they gave me a sense of defeat, like, "How did you get here?" "You don't have a future, either.

At this time, I felt the difference in social consciousness between college and high school graduates in Korean society.

In conclusion, Korean society is very pretentious, and I like to divide the level between bottom and top. And the ritual has already taken root conservatively. In this environment, I thought it was faster for me to adapt than to change their consciousness. Also, I've been learning like that since I was young, so even if I think it's wrong, I think I'm forced to share the same consciousness through group consciousness.

So I want to tell myself that the social benefits of graduating from college are better than the economic life of four years.

module 21

South Korea has had chronic youth unemployment and underemployment for almost a decade. What are your ideas to end this trend?

In the aftermath of the baby boom generation, I think those in their 20s and 30s who are called the self-proclaimed mz generation. There is no hope of restoring employment.

If there's hope,

The first is to get a job abroad. It is to increase the employment rate by getting a job overseas in Japan, the United States, Australia, etc.

The second is the government's big corporate advantage strategy. It is to induce companies such as Samsung or Hyundai to build factories and increase jobs in Korea.

The third is to lower the retirement age from 65 to 60. As mentioned earlier, quality jobs are now held by all self-proclaimed baby boomers.

No matter how much you create a job, there is a limit to it, so only when they step down from their seats will there be hope.
