Reflection is a natural and ongoing activity. People adjust their behaviors and actions to make them more consistent with their expectations by reflection. The target of reflection always the things had happened, but the significance of reflection always affects the future. In academic occasion, that’s means as a learner, anyone should analyze and adjust his/her learning skills and style in critically ways to achieve better academic outcomes.

Reflection to me is thinking analytically and systematically, and re-thinking carefully what we said, done, and learned with going back to past (Cottrell 2010) .

There are not learning style per person, and it is difficult to change our belief, therefore we may choose the information only about what I believe and want to know. Taking notes effectively and based on fact is helpful to reflect accurately.

There is no such as learning style. Although this is logical. People should think that an effective learning style should be to think of a lot of related content when they see an image, such as cats. People should not follow only one learning method and ignore other aspects. We should choose to combine hearing, touch and visual learning. Moreover, at present, no research has found that the learning style effectively helps everyone to learn. People need to analyse and think about the materials from scientific research, not what everyone thinks must be right.

Kai

Reflection to me is the first is that when finishing a research or work, before the task is completed, look for information from different channels and different viewpoints more often, and communicate more with classmates who have different opinions.Only in this way can decrease mistakes , just as the speaker said in the video of Task 4: Different people wrongly believe that finding a learning style that suits them can enable them to learn more and faster. However, the fact is that humans store knowledge in the form of meaning rather than remembering it through vision or hearing. The reason for this situation is that people like to look for information that conforms to their beliefs and lose the information that does not conform to them.Second, reflection requires people to review after the fact, and correct their mistakes as soon as possible when they are found, just as Socrates said in Task 1:“people must examine themselves and others to let life valuable.

Reflection to me is thinking deeply about my actions, experiences, and decisions in order to understand them better and learn from them. It means asking myself why something happened, what it means, and how I can improve next time.

Dewey (1910) describes it as careful and persistent thinking, and I believe this shows that reflection is not passive—it takes effort and intention. Socrates also said that examining our lives is the best thing we can do, which reminds me that reflection is important not only in learning but in personal growth.
