Casey- cycling to school- enjoys moving faster than walking and every little helps! Wakes her up in the morning!

Marwo- goes swimming Manchester Aquatics Centre she likes it because the water is refreshing and it's fun

Sarah- goes swimming twice a week on Saturday and Sunday

Lizzie- bikes to school from Eccles every single day and goes to the gym because she gets to socialise
