Expressed in the analysis about "sensorial shifts" and how the ice reacts to the edge and body of water creating push/pulling. However, the plan/ sections do not show this being considered. The layout focuses more on the positioning of the farmer's market and the parking lot, creating a very formal layout. Would like to see more of an exploration of the edges and reaction with ice and during other seasons. Do the cut ins actually respond more to runoff rather than water level fluctuations?

What was blue and what was red in terms of the experience? Appreciate the section enlargements. Having more near the boat dock would be beneficial. It would be helpful more than the perspectives along with tying back into the sensorial diagram. The project appears a little reductive. The intervention doesn't seem to actually mitigate flooding. One thing that happens here is the catchment of sediment and you can start thinking about incorporating it into the design. The experiential is the real key here so try and tie back to that.

kind of hard to locate where the sections are on the plan. Appreciating the hierarchy of movement. More sections and more enlargements would help. The topo can interact with each other in certain ways with the flow of water. Analysis logic flowed well. Also, exploring the type of materials of the paths and how it connects to the surrounding area

Appreciate the stakeholder comments. A couple of things to consider: thinking about the connection of the building to the landscape can be helpful. A little concerned about a farmers market overflow space because it questions the design of the new building. Also, the building footprint seems similar to the existing, explores how going bigger might look. The second iteration that shows connects to the water are things to really look into. i.e. other programs as well, weddings, proms, kayak berthing. Ramping down features and docking can be more located in the next iteration. Still some questions about parking especially the people that are mobility impaired.

The focus on water is intriguing due to the length of the season here. The design is still very diagrammatic and raises questions about the actual design. Can dredge be incorporated to raise the elevation of the island? Flood elevations and sections and what birds are tied to the landscape would be helpful. The idea of the dock part submerged should be explored more particularly with the material being used. Explore the drawings through big sections would help a lot. what's not helping is the portrait layout. Make drawings landscape orientation.

What are the drivers of the plan that establish this design? That would be helpful to explain and diagram before coming into the plan. Enlarging certain parts to let us know exactly what's going on. The method seems to be in align with the concept but the reading from the work is hard to understand. The idea of the interface and experimental site is intriguing but in the plan, it seems wet/dry. Not clear how all edges are being considered. Run some scenarios i.e. greenhouses flooding or are the in upland areas?

How was the diagram flow pattern arrived at (slide 13). Somewhat confused with the sequence from programming to the flowy diagram. Currently not reading the plan as a stitched fabric. Ask how you can be inspired by this piet appraoch, perhaps using hatches? Never got a comprehensive analysis of the site being worked on right now. How do the interventions resolve some of the issues. No way of knowing of what the design is doing address issues. When the abstract drawing gets translated, it seems to plan focused, think about topo weaving as well. Also the idea of weaving in time, since the water is dynamic.

Right now the sensory pods are somewhat missing. The ecotone diagram, how can it be more applied to the site? Consider seasonal gardens? Think about reconsidering the material of the paths as well that are being presented. Think about the character of the paths. Are these arches presented as portals for specific conditions? Understand them as conditional changes along the path.Think about how these forms can be connected.
