She teach me how to choose the right ingredient to make all food and drinks are perfect. During at market, she also told me the up and down her business, from small to biggest business. Items may include appetizers, entrees, salads, desserts or other foods that will meet her client's needs. Taking into consideration that we may be serving large groups of people, some of whom may be vegans, vegetarians, children or allergic to certain foods, we'll need to have a variety of options ask owner base on client's need and order.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Owner teach me how to manage all the resource that we need before the event. i got the information that owner said, we  should prepare more that quantity that customer need. for example,  material  for dishes. this is because to avoid from not enough when all guest use it. Owner ask me to check all material before we go to the event 2 days before. In many cases for Dazu Catering, the catering staff will be asked to set up all tables, chairs, linens and place settings where the guests will be seated. Even if the event location has a pre-set dining area when the caterer arrives, the food-service staff will be required to set up the food-serving area or create a buffet-style setup for guests to serve themselves.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Once all tables, place settings, serving areas, and food items are prepared and guests are ready to dine, catering staffs may be required to serve the food. At most formal events, table service is offered and a catering waitstaff will deliver the meal directly to the tables course-by-course while clearing discarded dishes in between courses. At more casual events with buffet-style meals, the waitstaff may be asked to serve certain items to guests who line up at the food-service station.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Owner highlight that food preparation may be one of the most important responsibilities of the caterer. Besides the importance of providing quality foods with an attractive presentation, maintaining health and sanitary standards is an absolute must for legal as well as ethical reasons. The caterer must also be fully conscious of portion control in order to avoid profit loss, unnecessary waste or undeserving the guests. After finish the event, the final step in off-site catering is cleaning up and tearing down the dining area. All plates, dishes, silverware and glasses must be removed, linens collected, tables and chairs removed and garbage cleaned up. Packing up any left over foods, serving equipment, thermal containers and bags to return to the home location is typically the last required responsibility for a staff  and i completing a job.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For this day, i become catering assistant to cleans kitchens, taking care of all aspects of hygiene as well as helping to prepare food and serve it to customers. Owner said, the role of a catering assistant is to help out in the kitchen and to be responsible for hygiene and cleanliness within food preparation areas. Catering assistants are also responsible for carrying out basic food preparation tasks, such as washing and peeling food. She also likely ask me to organised the store room, as well as being responsible for unloading deliveries from suppliers and also collect and dispose of waste. It is not unusual for a catering assistant to clean and cut up meat, fish and vegetables, as well as operate machinery. It is important that catering assistants are good communicators, not only to succeed in their contact with customers but also their staff.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>She advised, that I must be prepared to work hard, have good interpersonal skills regarding customer care, and I must be fairly flexible. I need to be willing to undertake a variety of ever-changing aspects of the job, for example, working in the kitchen or at the front serving. I am expected to demonstrate good food hygiene, and health and safety procedures at all times and follow instructions given to me by the manager or supervisor. It would therefore be advisable to have gained an up to date food hygiene certificate and a health and safety certificate or be willing to get one. I also apologize to her because I only work 8 days not like i promise 14 days. This because i need to taking care of my father that sick because of diabetes and have wound on the right food need to dressing everyday.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
