Commant: The whole drawing looks like a crab. The lines vary from strong to weak as they go into the shape. There are also comparison of bold and thin lines. From the outer to the inner part, lines become dense. "Sandpit I". From the relief we can see the that the outlines of the sandpit are in a strange shape which is twisted but flexible that  makes the figure looks like a running stream. The artist successfully use the foreground to create the still sand and the background represents the moving part. The change of the quality of the lines--thick and thin lines and the mix of lines and shapes make the work very active and  harmonious.
