So we need a constitution. We need rules. Constitution is a supreme law it is harder to change that law. They divide their power constitution protect you. They protect the nation. A good constitution will respect you . People 18 and older get to vote. In the constitution says that you get 4 years. If you vote a second time then they get 4 more years. After those 4 years they can no longer run for president. You must follow the rules.
