         <description><![CDATA[<p>After completing and reflecting on the listening task I realised that the cognitive strategies (note taking, using key words) tend to be more observable behaviours than metacognitive strategies (directed attention, self-monitoring&nbsp; understanding).&nbsp; So it is really important to be aware of these "unobservable" strategies, in order to be more successful in your learning.</p>]]></description>
