I book my flight using malindo during my study in sabah. Because it affordable for student price. However,  malindo will always delayed my flights 1 to 3 hours. The maximum we get is they have to delay to the next 2 day of the actual flights. Although it is quite troublesome, we request for the change of day and time.  my experience with malindo is quite enjoyable and it was devastating to hear that they have stop the route from kuching to kota kinabalu.
2) the marketing examples that i want to share is Red bus. you can book the bus fare with online system. it was easier to use and user friendly. 
3) Now, airlines are more used to cater the disabled person's need. MAS, Airasia offer assistance for wheelchair. to use the assistance, we have to prebook online or though the airport counter. So my experience with Malindo. When I was school in Kuala Lumpur. I like to use Malindo Airlines because the ticket prices are reasonable. But one day I was leaving Kuala Lumpur to return to Sarawak, my flight schedule was delayed up to 4 hours because our plane broke down. But all of us in the plane were not allowed. to get off the plane until the authorities solve the problem on the plane.
2)example marketing is the website platform has become a popular marketing channel for the tourism industry. Such as Easybook. In this website there are many facilities available such as buying bus tickets, trains, rental cars and hotels.
3)Nowadays many facilities in public transport provide facilities for people in need. Such as Rapid KL transport. Rapid KL provides special places for disabled people and pregnant women. This facility can help as much as possible to make it easier for people in need to ride public transport.

I have chosen airasia airline as my transportation when going to Sarawak to study. I choose airasia because it is affordable for me. However, there are many negative aspects, one of which is having less helpful staff. I shared my story when I boarded the flight I come from the village, it takes 3-4 hours to get to the airport in Kota Kinabalu. My flight time is 6 am so I have to leave the village early at 2 am. I checked in online on the airasia airlines app, but there was a problem when I wanted to check in the ticket on the app, so I chose to check in at the airport, but the staff on duty at the time said "I can't help you check in, who told you to check in late?" "  I explained but they still let me. Even though I arrived 2 hour before. After I insisted they just check in. I feel very angry and guilty with my parents who sent me if at that time I could not board the flight that morning because I did not have money for a new ticket. There are other aspects as well such as punctuality issues and customer service challenges. I hope that even though Airasia is a low cost airline, they should fix this.

2.The marketing examples that I can share is online travel agencies (OTAs) such as booking.com. It's can increase the visibility of accomodations and attract traveler who use these platform to search and book travel services.

Based on my perception of the video I shared is the negative impacts of feeding and touching; In certain wildlife tourism scenarios, visitors are not encouraged to feed or touch animals, which can have detrimental effects to animals for example feed choloclate to horse. Feeding disrupts natural feeding behaviors and can lead to dependency on humans, malnutrition, or aggression towards humans and other animals. Touching animals can also spread diseases and disrupt their protective behaviors. 

2. One sustainable transportation option that tourism can utilize in the future is electric buses. Electric buses are powered by electricity instead of fossil fuels, making them more environmentally friendly and sustainable. there are several benefits; reduced greenhouse gas emissions, improved air quality, noise reduction, enhanced visitor experience and positive image. Overall, electric buses offer a sustainable transportation solution for the tourism industry, promoting eco friendly travel, reducing emissions and improving the overall visitor experience. 

3. The most exotic places i want to travel is Machu Pichhu, Peru (South America). Nestled high in the Andes Mountains, Machu Picchu is an ancient incan city that has captivated traveler for centuries. its impressive stone architecture, breathtaking mountain views, and mystical atmosphere make it a must-visit archaeological site. 

4. Based on Chapter 7 "The human and environment impact of tourist travel" is important in the tourism industry for several reasons;
 a) The tourism industry relies heavily on the natural environment and local communities. By minimizing negative environmental and social impacts the industry can ensure the long term.
 b) Tourist travel can have significant environmental consequences such as pollution, habitat destruction and overconsumption of resources. It is important to assess and mitigate these impacts to protect fragile ecosystem, preserve biodiversity and maintain the natural beauty of destination.

3. I choose Flam, Norway as exotic places that I want to go. I choose Flam, because its exceptional natural beauty, unique transportation experience, and immersive fjord exploration. Flam is located in the heart of the Norwegian fjords, surrounded by majestic mountains, cascading waterfalls and deep blue fjords. We also can do outdoor adventures. So basically, Flam is a hub for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a range of activities such as kayaking, fishing, cycling, and even fjord safaris. Adventures can explore the fjords, waterfalls, and mountains, creating unforgettable memories in the midst of Norway’s pristine natural surroundings.
4. The transportation sector is often subsidized by the public sector, especially through the construction and maintenance of road infrastructure, which tend to be free of access. Sometimes, public stakes in transport modes, terminals and infrastructure can be at odds with environmental issues. If the owner and the regulator are the same (different branches of the government), then there is a risk that regulations will not be effectively complied with. Total costs incurred by transportation activities, notably environmental damage, are generally not fully assumed by the users. The lack of consideration of the real costs of transportation could explain several environmental problems.

3) The Serengeti, Tanzania/Kenya. The Serengeti is a vast savannah ecosystem in East Africa, famous for its annual wildebeest migration. Witnessing the migration, where millions of animals traverse the plains in search of greener pastures, is an awe-inspiring spectacle. The Serengeti also offers incredible opportunities for wildlife safaris, allowing you to spot iconic African animals like lions, elephants, and giraffes.

4) The human and environmental impacts of tourist travel are significant and multifaceted. Tourists contribute to environmental degradation through increased energy consumption, water consumption, waste generation, and pollution. These include habitat and ecosystem destruction, deforestation, and pressure on local resources. In addition, cultural effects are also noted, because tourism can affect local traditions, which lead to a culture of loss of authenticity. In addition, tourism can exacerbate socioeconomic inequality if the benefits are not distributed equitably among local communities. Addressing these impacts requires sustainable tourism practices, responsible travel choices, destination management strategies, and global efforts to reduce carbon emissions and protect natural resources.
