Respect is very very crucial in relationships because respect plays a major role in relationships. If you don't respect your partner you might break up, due to you being mean to them.

Respect also shows trust, for example, if you are extremely men to your partner they might not trust you with anything, as they will believe that you are not trust worthy due to you not respecting them they way that they should be respected.

Respect is shown to make people feel comfortable so that they feel safe, this is why respect will be so important in relationships as if you don't respect them they will feel like that they are being harrased or not loved.

Some people that you can call for help, are usually 000/the police, you can also call kids helpline if you are under 25

How could a person support someone who is gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and feels they cannot talk about their relationships or who they are attracted to?

We have to respect them and make them feel safe with their own different beliefs. We have to not pressure them when they try to explain, we also have to not judge them by who they like. We can support them by understanding and also assist them when they find it difficult to connect with others. We also have to respect them also by saying their pronouns correctly as shown in the TED talk by Audrey they don't really like to be called a he or a she.

How can we ensure that GIHS is a safe environment for everyone? Why is this important?

To make GIHS safe we have to make everyone feel like that they are connected to the school using our values of the 5 cs, we also have to respect other on their opinion so that they wouldn't feel like that they are being judged. This is very important as GIHS is an environment where people shouldn't be bullied or judged because of their opinions such as them being attracted to people of the same gender. In this situation we really have to use our value of harmony to ensure that people are safe. We also have to stop our stereotypes such as males should be strong and females should do the housework, or that a male has to like a female.
