Weinberg and Gould (2014), states that the second stage of team formation, 'storming', is characterized by resistance to the leader. This can therefore cause conflict in the group. Storming often starts whether there's a conflict between team members natural working styles (Mindtools [online], 2019). An example of this is Paul Pogba and Jose Mourinho, Paul Pogba was resisting against the leader and was against Mourinhos philosophy.

During 'Norming' hostility is replaced by solidarity and cooperation, any conflicts are resolved (Weinberg and Gould, 2014).

Sporting example of this can be if two players want to play in goal, instead of arguing about it, they can take turns in goal e.g swap after 15 mins.

Adjourning
In this stage most of the teams goals have been accomplished. This is wrapping up final tasks and documenting effort and the results of the group . However other members of the team might go to other teams and the team disbands.this means the team departs and all the team work is helpful for there success(lumenlearning[online],2019). Adjourning occurs when a team breaks up at the end of the season and players transfer.
