To lead the transition to a blended learning environment there needs to be explicit planning, implementation, and monitoring of strategic goals. These decisions for this transition should be based on data.

The Technology Integration Site Survey is a descriptive study and formative evaluation of a school site’s current educational technology environment that informs the school regarding their Leadership, Teacher Effectiveness (PD), Infrastructure, Resources and Continuous Improvement.  The Site Survey occurs over 2 days with a team of 2 experts that gather data through artifacts, individual interviews, focus groups, and online surveys. 

The lead consultant will return within 2 weeks to deliver the findings of the survey and act as an Advisor to support the site leadership team in developing strategic plans for technology integration into teaching and learning.
