For example, when viewing relationships I can gain

better understanding on what type of love do I have with a

a certain person and how I might deal with it. I have learned

more about myself through reflection and realization in this subject.

2. My key takeaways from this subject is that although academic

knowledge is good, we must never neglect our inner selves.

There is no true growth if our inner selves do not develop

and this development comes with acceptance.

3. My two favorite topics in personal development was the mental health and wellbeing and personal relationships. These lessons helped me realize that I have to harmoniously coordinate with others as nature to ones self, and what are the healthy ways in coping to stress.
