Difficulty getting staff to jump on board of the vision.

Difficult to get staff to do anything (quiet quitting).

Management is needed for compliance, feedback, and redirection

Ability to lead is difficult with time constraints.  More time is given to management of problems that need to be dealt with more urgently.

Leaders are generally born with a certain skill set/characteristics but need to develop skills to continue to improve.  Ex: Someone is naturally charismatic & people will be drawn to their leadership but must learn to maintain effective leadership skills to remain in power.
